"Scarlet", was found very thin and with a shaved patch and wound under her neck, in a skip in the Winckley Square area of Preston. I thought it was going to be easy to reunite her with her owner as she had obviously been seen by a vet recently but despite ringing all the vets in the area and advertising, no one came forward to claim her. She is going to have to stop with us for a while as she is very unpredictable about food and we are all bearing the scars, although she is improving as she realises we are going to feed her regularly.

sandy and white cat found
in the Leyland area with a
damaged eye and ear,
possibly from fighting. If
no-one claims him we will
find him a new home.
